Our member's support and well-being is our primary concern, you can always get in touch with Hannah Shaw on fb, our well-being officer, and she will always be happy to confidentially help you. On top of this Hannah Shaw and Sudha Pathak are also England Athletics Mental Health Champions and well placed to support and signpost you if you have any problems, feel free to message them.

Leicester Talks - the university's referral service - a great first point of call if you need any help with anything, they'll direct you in the right direction

Samaritans - Confidential, non-judgmental emotional support for people experiencing feelings of distress or despair. Phone 116 123 (24 hours a day, free to call)

Mind - mental health charity - excellent free advice and support for mental health conditions

University Counselling Services - the university offer free confidential counselling services to all students for all needs. This is an excellent service accessible to anyone at anytime, click on the link above to self refer

Student Minds - student mental health charity - support and advice specifically for students

concerned@le.ac.uk - If you have any concerns about yourself or others you can email this confidential email manned by the well-being team at the university

Support and Report - Report any incidents of sexual violence, hate crime or bullying to the university

Rethink Mental Illness Advice Line - Expert information and advice to people with mental health problems and those who care for them. Phone 0300 5000 927 (10am-2pm)

NHS IAPT Services - the NHS have a range of talking therapies that are easily accessible and you can self refer to for better access. Click on the link above to self refer to services in your area
